Americans across the country will gather to watch Sunday’s game with the New York Giants and the New England Patriots. The game will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

The Patriots lost to the Giants four years ago in the 2008 Super Bowl. Their head coach, Bill Belichick, is making his fifth Super Bowl appearance over the last 11 seasons.

The Giants and their quarterback, Eli Manning, have a 12-7 record this season and recently beat the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship.

Norwood is pleading not guilty to the crime. Morton’s husband was originally imprisoned for almost 25 years for the crime, and was recently exonerated after results from a DNA test were released.

Norwood has been linked with DNA evidence on a bloodied bandana found behind Morton’s house the day after the murder. He is currently at Williamson County Jail, and is awaiting a pretrial hearing in court.

Norwood was also linked, but has not been charged, to the murder of Debra Masters Baker who was also beaten to death in 1988 in her North Austin home.

Pruett was serving a 99 year sentence in prison for assisting his father and brother with a murder of his neighbor when he was 16 years old. He was later sentenced to death for killing a prison guard who didn’t allow him to bring his lunch to the recreation yard. Pruett petitioned habeas corpus to killing the guard, and the court denied the appeal.

Hines’ appeal by his lawyers that he is retarded did not hold up in court because the judges did not feel Hines met the standards that retarded convicts cannot be executed.

According to the Temple couple whose home was invaded, Stokes broke in at 5:30am, demanded cash, and ordered them to load valuables into their Ford Escort. Stokes then threatened to hurt the girlfriend of the couple if they didn’t drive to a nearby Motel 6. The couple then drove Stokes to a gas station, withdrew money from their bank account, and escaped and ran across the street and called police.

It wasn’t until later that night at 1am that police got hold of Stokes. No details have been released about the arrest.

Authorities reported that Martin was speeding at the time of the incident and his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit. Martin’s Ford pickup truck crashed into the 1985 Chevrolet Caprice driven by David Sheppard, 24, of Beverly Hills at the intersection of Bagby Avenue and Corporation Parkway in Waco.

The child and Sheppard were taken to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center where Ivyana died.
