Truck Driver Faces Charges of Extreme DUI

Prescott police arrested a Texas truck driver on Monday on charges of extreme DUI. The man backed his semi truck and trailer into the Lowe’s building on Highway 69, damaging the building and his tractor-trailer, police said in a press release.

New York Attorney Jailed for DUI

Texas Man Indicted on Six Counts Related to Fatal DWI Crash

A Porter man was indicted on six counts relating to a 2007 DWI crash that left one dead.
