APD Releases No Refusal Weekend Results

State rep arrested for DWI

Texas state representative Eddie Rodriguez has been arrested on DWI charges. Rep. Rodriguez was picked up by police while he was driving on Chicon Street in East Austin, when police noticed the 38-year-old’s car swerving erratically.

The Austin Police Department made 24 driving-while-intoxicated arrests on New Year’s Eve.
