May 21st, 2010 · No Comments

A suspect charged with assisting in the 1988 murder of three men and a child connected to a polygamist sect plead not guilty on Wednesday.

The 44-year-old suspect has been a fugitive for the past 20 years until FBI agents apprehended her in Honduras after a tip-off. The woman is the daughter of a polygamist sect leader. Prosecutors have stated that the woman and her half-brother orchestrated the killings after receiving what they claimed was a “sign from God.”
