Eleven suspects are in custody and more arrests are anticipated in a major drug bust in Gary County, Texas.
According to officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety, eight people from Pampa, two Lefors-residents, and another suspect were arrested Tuesday in Gray County. Police say the suspects were buying ingredients throughout the panhandle to make methamphetamine.
The Texas Department of Public Safety worked with the Gray County Sheriff’s Office, the Texas Rangers, and the Pampa police department to apprehend the suspects. All eleven people are being held in Gray County in lieu of bail.
