On Saturday morning, a man was arrested for robbing and assaulting another man. Around 7:30am, the man, identified as Joshua Bennett, approached another man in an apartment complex parking lot. The other man reportedly became uncomfortable with Bennett’s questions and tried to get away from him.
Bennett then allegedly started kicking the man before stealing his wallet and cell phone. He then ran into an apartment but walked out willingly when he was surrounded by police. He has been charged with two counts of felony aggravated robbery. His bail is set at $125,000.
