On Monday night, a Marble Falls school district bus driver was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. He was bonded out of jail on Tuesday for $10,000 and has been put on administrative leave by the school district.
Possession of child pornography is a second degree felony and, if convicted, the man could face up to 20 years in prison. According to the superintendent, the driver was put on leave immediately and will not be able to return to work while the investigation is ongoing.
