Executive Pleads Guilty to Gambling

August 18th, 2009 · No Comments

Gordon Graves has been running a business of “questionable legality” since 2005. On Monday, he agreed to plead guilty to one felony charge of tampering with evidence in a deal that ends three criminal prosecutions against his company.

Graves will pay a $10,000 fine and will accept two years of deferred adjudication. If he meets the conditions of the agreement, the third degree felony charge against him will be dropped in 2011. His gambling business will not continue to operate.
