On Wednesday afternoon, a bank roberry occurred followed by a chase that ended in Georgetown. The man who robbed the bank and led the chase then held a woman who was in his truck at gunpoint and was shot by a deputy.

Police later identified the woman after the incident ended. On Thursday, the woman was arrested for an out of county misdemeanor and is expected to be charged with first degree robbery with a deadly weapon for her part in the robbery.
