State Representative Kino Flores has been indicted for failure to disclose sources of income and gifts. According to the charges, Flores did not report more than $115,000 income each year from 2004 to 2009. He also received several gifts that he did not report.
Flores is charged with 16 counts of tampering with government record, for which he could receive up to two years in prison and a fine of $10,000. He is also facing 3 counts of perjury, for which he could receive up to one year in jail and a $4,000 fine.
