On Tuesday, Westlake Hills Police pulled an Austin Energy truck over for driving 44mph in a 30mph zone. According to the officer who stopped the truck, there was a distinct odor of marijuana eminating from inside.
After a search, the officer allegedly found 6.6 ounces of marijuana and a digital scale that was covered in marijuana residue. He also found the driver carrying $1,412 in cash. The driver was arrested on charges of delivery and possession of marijuana.
