Austin Criminal Defense Lawyer

An Austin man was arrested after an argument with the mother of his child. The argument took place on May 17 when the man bit his 2 year old daughter on the cheek and later kicked her in the face while she was on the floor crying.

He was arrested on May 28 for assault regarding the woman. On Tuesday, he was charged with injury to a child. There is also a charge against him for making a terroristic threat. He is currently in Travis County Jail on $200,000 bail.
