A former West Lake Hills police officer has pled guilty to five charges of felony online solicitation. The officer was indicted for distributing sexually explicit materials over the internet. In one case he distributed these materials to an undercover officer who he believed was a 13 year old girl.
The officer has been sentenced to 10 years probation as well as a year in prison. The verdict was returned on Wednesday by a Llano County jury. The former officer will serve the jail time as a condition of his probation.
